Gratia is hiring a Talent Partner to identify and engage top analysts for our remote-first, apprenticeship-based platform. In this role, you will focus on strategic headhunting and relationship building across the Americas, leveraging AI to streamline workflow and prioritize high-touch engagement.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and engage high-potential analysts who are not actively seeking new roles.
- Act as a long-term partner to candidates, cultivating a deep network of talent across the Americas.
- Lead regional efforts to position Gratia as the employer of choice for top analysts in your local market.
- Leverage our modern tech stack to streamline your workflow and prioritize high-touch human engagement.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of sourcing passive candidates across LATAM.
- Proven track record of hiring alumni from MBB or the Big 4.
- Proficiency with modern sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn, such as Apollo, niche job boards, and advanced Boolean search (e.g., Recruit’em).
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
- Ability to navigate professional conversations with high-level consultants and analysts.
- Ability to tailor messaging that resonates with top-tier talent in the LATAM and broader Americas markets.
