As a Talent Partner at Cloud Accountant Staffing, you'll merge recruitment expertise with advocate support, guaranteeing every placement succeeds and each team member feels empowered. You'll orchestrate relationships, talent networks, and communications while championing professional development, retention, and comprehensive satisfaction. Note: This is a full-time position. Exclusive commitment is mandatory—no supplementary or freelance work permitted post-hiring. About the Role You'll manage the comprehensive candidate journey: discovering, evaluating, coordinating interviews, integrating, and ensuring continuous professional success. You'll supervise a portfolio of up to 50 active professionals, tracking productivity and engagement, resolving challenges, and promoting individual long-term advancement. Your efforts will help CAS maintain superior placements, contented professionals, and pleased clients. What You'll Do Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment - Identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, employment platforms, recommendations, and alternative channels. - Evaluate applicants, conduct interviews, and assess technical and cultural compatibility. - Manage candidate pipelines in Ashby and maintain punctual, professional communication. - Prepare candidates for client interviews and navigate them through the offer process. Placement & Onboarding - Serve as candidates' primary advocate during client interviews and integration. - Collaborate with Administrative team to ensure seamless onboarding. - Synchronize expectations between professionals and clients from initial engagement. Staffer Success & Ongoing Support - Oversee a portfolio of up to 50 active professionals (adaptable based on role complexity). - Conduct consistent check-ins: weekly (Month 1), bi-weekly (Month 2), monthly (Month 3+). - Monitor productivity, engagement, and well-being; address inquiries and escalate issues as necessary. Retention & Development - Track professional satisfaction and engagement through pulse surveys and ongoing dialogue. - Recognize training or skill enhancement opportunities and recommend developmental trajectories. - Recruit replacements during professional transitions. - Champion professionals' sustained success and value within CAS. What You'll Bring - Prior experience in recruitment, talent management, or professional success. - Strong organizational and time-management capabilities; ability to manage multiple priorities. - Exceptional communication skills; confident in building relationships with candidates and clients. - Empathetic, proactive, and capable of thriving in a dynamic remote environment. - Comfortable operating on EST 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule. Nice-to-have: - Experience with ATS (Ashby) and additional HR or productivity platforms. - Previous experience supporting remote teams across multiple regions.
