Lindus Health is hiring a Talent Partner to build our Clinical Operations team from the ground up in the US. As the first Talent role in the region, you'll work remotely, partnering closely with UK colleagues including the Director of Talent and hiring managers, to attract and hire impact-driven professionals.
What You'll Do
- Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define search parameters.
- Attract talented, impact-driven candidates primarily through outbound sourcing.
- Execute a high-touch, candidate-first approach across the hiring process.
- Interview candidates and pitch Lindus Health in a way that resonates with individual candidates' motivations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers through proactive communication and reporting.
- Partner with the Talent team on projects that build Lindus Health’s ‘talent engine’ from the ground up in the US.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years’ experience in talent roles, with exposure to clinical roles.
- Experience from either agency or in-house talent.
- Comfortable working as the solo Talent Partner in-region and are a self-starter.
- Experience conducting initial interviews and screening candidates at various levels of experience.
- Excellent sourcing skills and a bias for engaging top percentile, in-demand talent.
- Think from first principles and have a solutions-focused approach.
- Passionate and curious about our mission; changing how the healthcare industry operates and how new treatments are developed.
Team & Environment
This is the first Talent role in the US. You'll work closely with UK colleagues including the Director of Talent, the broader Talent team, and hiring managers across Clinical Operations.
