Jobs Gigait is looking for a Talent Hub Trainee to join our recruitment team formation program. You will work closely with specialized recruiters, learn regional recruitment processes, and develop key skills for your professional growth by managing selection operations and building talent pipelines.
What You'll Do
- Identify potential candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
- Build candidate lists for different open positions.
- Support the identification of passive talent for technical and industrial roles.
- Perform initial outreach to present job opportunities.
- Maintain exploratory conversations to validate candidate interest and availability.
- Conduct brief interviews to validate general experience, availability, salary expectations, English level, and location.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Confirm schedule availability.
- Perform follow-up with candidates during different stages of the process.
- Register candidates in the ATS.
- Keep the status of each process updated.
- Ensure order and traceability in vacancy information.
- Collaborate in gathering and organizing documentation required for bidding processes, especially government bids.
- Support in identifying profiles that meet tender specifications.
- Coordinate the collection of documents from candidates and professionals for these processes.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced students in careers such as Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related fields.
- Interest in developing professionally in recruitment.

- Intermediate or advanced level of English.
