Monks is hiring a Talent Discovery Consultant based in Colombia to join our remote team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and evaluate technical talent across the digital market. You'll partner with hiring managers and senior consultants to craft search strategies, source passive candidates, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

What You'll Do

• Support the end-to-end selection funnel, including intake sessions, candidate profile mapping, screening, and supporting offer phases.
• Help design targeted search strategies for tech roles like engineering, data, product, and design.
• Own timely communications, interview scheduling, feedback loops, and candidate care for a smooth remote experience.
• Use and maintain the ATS (e.g., Greenhouse), track pipelines, and help streamline remote workflows.
• Collect and analyze sourcing metrics, prepare status updates for stakeholders, and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers, People Ops, and senior Talent Discovery consultants across time zones to align on hiring goals.

What We're Looking For

• Based in Colombia and able to work remotely with reliable connectivity and team-hour overlap.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse.
• Practical experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, X‑ray, and passive sourcing.
• Understanding of the digital/tech labor market in LATAM and familiarity with Colombian labor rules or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
