Gate is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is bilingual in Chinese and English to own end-to-end recruitment for our growing APAC operations. You will be instrumental in sourcing and hiring key talent to support our regional expansion.
What You'll Do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across the APAC region
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using Chinese-English bilingual skills
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of the APAC talent market
