CHEP Italia SRL / Brambles was looking for a Field Service Executive

CHEP Italia SRL, part of the Brambles group, is looking for a Field Service Executive to manage key customer relationships and asset recovery performance within a retail and logistics environment. You will be instrumental in improving collection performance and supporting business growth in your assigned territory, helping to change how goods get to market.

What You'll Do

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at pallet receiving locations to foster collaboration and align with asset productivity goals.
  • Drive improvements in collection performance by identifying root causes of failure and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through regular site visits and by providing targeted training for retailer staff on effective equipment control.
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new customers by establishing clear agreements around asset recovery processes for a smooth transition.
  • Manage and execute audit programs within your account portfolio to ensure adherence to standards and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business growth initiatives and develop solutions that improve asset recovery.
  • Monitor asset control metrics, using data to proactively identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Act as a cross-functional interface for handling CHEP material within retail, building reliable client relationships to identify needs and new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent proficiency in Italian and English.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Professional experience within a retail or logistics environment.
  • Previous experience in customer or supplier-facing roles.
  • A service-providing background, accustomed to working with customers in Retail, Wholesale, or Logistics.
  • Business-to-business sales or service experience.
  • Working knowledge of MS-Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.

  • An analytical mindset focused on process improvement.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid position. The role covers the territories of Sicily and South Calabria.
