Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in technical recruitment, including conducting interviews and hands-on sourcing of candidates
- Fluency in both Romanian and Russian languages. Good English skills required
- Experience working with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, etc.) and ATS systems
- Understanding of technical roles and tech stacks, allowing for comfortable communication with candidates
- Knowledge of the Moldovan talent market
- High level of communication skills
- High level of self-organization and time management skills
