Hologram is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing team. You will work closely with the Manager, Talent Acquisition to execute recruiting initiatives and manage the full life-cycle recruitment process to hire top talent.
What You'll Do
- Support the full life-cycle recruiting process, including creating job descriptions, coordinating interviews, liaising with hiring managers, and negotiating offers.
- Source candidates through networking, cold calling, internet searches, resume databases, and employee referrals.
- Assist in developing innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
- Assist in streamlining the recruiting process and implementing recruiting plans.
- Work closely with various departments to forecast their hiring needs strategically.
- Optimize the ATS system by setting up email templates, workflow, requisition statuses, analytics, and hiring reporting.
- Establish and manage staffing agency vendor relationships, including contract negotiations.
- Update weekly recruitment reports for leader meetings, HQ, and the HR team.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in Company and/or Global Internship programs.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency using various ATS and other recruiting systems.
- Proficiency using software programs such as MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and a self-motivated, team-player attitude.
- A quick learner with great attention to detail.
- Sound judgement and ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Deadline-oriented with an ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to quickly work into new tasks.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or relevant job equivalent.
- Experience in the renewable energy sector.
