Support a growing ophthalmology network by managing end-to-end recruitment for clinical and administrative positions in a temporary hybrid role. Based in Garden City, NY, with required on-site presence two days per week, this position plays a central role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in roles including Ophthalmic Technicians, Medical Scribes, and Medical Receptionists.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from job posting to onboarding
- Identify and engage talent using platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
- Collaborate with hiring managers and regional leaders to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines within the ADP Applicant Tracking System
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules
- Prepare and deliver offer letters with support from HR
- Maintain consistent, respectful communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical settings
- Proven background hiring for patient-facing and clinical roles
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, particularly ADP Recruitment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
- High standards for professionalism, discretion, and ethical conduct
Work Environment
