VSolvit is looking for a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across multiple ophthalmology practices. In this temporary role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure an efficient, high-quality recruitment process during a team coverage period. You will be part of a fast-paced recruiting team supporting a workforce of nearly 1,400 employees.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
- Recruit for key clinical and administrative roles including Ophthalmic Technicians, Medical Scribes, and Medical Receptionists
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Regional Leaders, and HR to align on hiring needs
- Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in the ADP Applicant Tracking System
- Conduct candidate phone screens and coordinate onsite interviews
- Prepare and extend offer letters
- Ensure clear communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for clinical or patient-facing healthcare roles
- Ability to start immediately and support a temporary assignment
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably ADP Recruitment
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
