We're looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for Sales roles in our Warsaw office. In this role, you'll manage high-volume hiring cycles and cohort-based recruitment, ensuring a steady flow of qualified, diverse candidates. You'll take ownership of sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social platforms to build strong talent pipelines.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end hiring processes with a focus on structured, competency-based assessments
- Use Breezy HR, LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate, and AI-powered tools to streamline candidate identification and engagement
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on recruitment goals
- Design and maintain top-of-funnel outreach strategies to engage high-potential talent
- Ensure a positive candidate journey from first contact through to offer
- Support the development of a strong employer brand through consistent, professional interactions
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience in fast-growing or high-volume environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and deliver results under tight timelines
- Fluency in English (C1 or higher) and strong communication skills
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter
- Confidence conducting behavioral interviews and evaluating candidate fit
- Self-driven, organized, and adaptable to evolving priorities
Preferred Background
- Recruitment experience across European or LATAM markets
- Exposure to scaling teams or launching new regional offices
