About the Role

This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the hiring pipeline while collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet organizational talent needs efficiently and consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring progress
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive experience
  • Partner with department leads to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Develop sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles and departments
  • Attend industry events and career fairs to build talent pipelines
  • Evaluate recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support onboarding coordination for newly hired employees
  • Use applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data
  • Stay updated on talent acquisition trends and best practices
  • Build relationships with underrepresented communities to promote diversity
  • Assist in refining employer branding materials
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive hiring landscapes
  • Support campus recruitment initiatives when applicable
  • Track time-to-fill and cost-per-hire benchmarks
  • Collaborate with HR on workforce planning discussions
  • Maintain confidentiality of all candidate and employee information
  • Optimize outreach templates for email and messaging platforms
  • Train hiring managers on interview best practices
  • Escalate complex recruitment challenges to senior HR staff
