The ideal candidate will lead full-cycle hiring processes, collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs, and contribute to improving recruitment strategies and candidate engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking strategies
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules and communication with hiring teams
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Support onboarding for newly hired team members
- Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Attend industry events and career fairs to attract talent
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Evaluate sourcing strategies and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with HR on employment branding initiatives
- Assist in diversity and inclusion recruitment efforts
- Provide market insights and talent trends to leadership
- Track and report key recruitment metrics
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive hiring data
- Support internal mobility and promotion opportunities
- Work cross-functionally to align hiring with business goals
- Optimize job descriptions to attract qualified applicants
- Use data to refine recruitment processes
- Respond promptly to candidate inquiries
- Foster a positive image of the organization to applicants
- Ensure equitable treatment of all candidates
