About the Role

The ideal candidate will lead full-cycle hiring processes, collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs, and contribute to improving recruitment strategies and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking strategies
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communication with hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Support onboarding for newly hired team members
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
  • Attend industry events and career fairs to attract talent
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Evaluate sourcing strategies and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with HR on employment branding initiatives
  • Assist in diversity and inclusion recruitment efforts
  • Provide market insights and talent trends to leadership
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive hiring data
  • Support internal mobility and promotion opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally to align hiring with business goals
  • Optimize job descriptions to attract qualified applicants
  • Use data to refine recruitment processes
  • Respond promptly to candidate inquiries
  • Foster a positive image of the organization to applicants
  • Ensure equitable treatment of all candidates
