We need a killer Talent Acquisition Specialist to amp up our HR squad. Could you be the game-changer we're hunting for?
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to decode their talent needs and craft razor-sharp recruitment strategies.
- Hunt down top talent through job boards, social media, professional networks—basically, wherever great candidates hide.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills, qualifications, and team chemistry.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, whether in-person or virtual.
- Own the full recruitment cycle, from extending job offers to smoothing out the onboarding process.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring waves.
- Ensure candidates have an awesome experience from first contact to final handshake.

Requirements
- 3+ years killing it as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Deep insider knowledge of the Gaming or Tech talent ecosystem.

- Talent for building genuine connections with hiring managers and candidates.
- Solid experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tech.
- Ability to juggle multiple hiring processes without breaking a sweat.
