Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive inspections of residential properties

- Inspect exterior elements such as siding, windows, and doors

- Examine attics, basements, and crawl spaces for signs of damage or pests
- Test for the presence of mold, asbestos, or other hazardous materials
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Provide clients with detailed inspection reports and recommendations
- Communicate findings clearly and professionally to clients
