10x Team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who will also serve as an AI Trainer. In this freelance role, you will perform core recruiting activities while providing the expert human feedback necessary to train and refine AI systems.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various roles
- Train AI models by providing expert analysis on recruitment scenarios, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies
- Complete tasks that involve evaluating AI-generated recruitment content and processes
- Work 8-20 hours per week on a flexible, freelance basis
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist
- Ability to clearly articulate recruitment processes, evaluation criteria, and industry best practices
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for providing precise feedback
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a freelance schedule effectively
