Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator powers the efficiency of our recruiting function by managing key operational workflows. With precision and initiative, you’ll keep hiring processes moving across multiple time zones, ensuring every candidate and stakeholder experiences consistency, clarity, and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interview scheduling, balancing complex calendars with professionalism and responsiveness
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal data sources
- Ensure data integrity in the ATS with accurate, real-time updates and clean recordkeeping
- Monitor candidate progress to prevent delays and maintain pipeline momentum
- Design and manage recruiting dashboards and tracking tools for visibility and accountability
- Draft outreach templates and follow-up messages that reflect our employer brand
- Support recruiters with talent research, sourcing strategies, and market mapping
- Prepare interview materials including scorecards, briefing docs, and feedback reminders
- Drive process improvements that reduce time-to-hire and increase team efficiency
- Proactively identify and escalate blockers before they impact timelines
- Champion a high standard of candidate experience through timely, professional communication
Qualifications
You bring at least three years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or project management. You’re experienced with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or JazzHR, and you thrive in structured, fast-moving environments.
Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and fluency in written English are essential. You’re comfortable managing multiple roles and stakeholders, and you operate with urgency and foresight. Prior experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
Work Environment
This is a remote role open to candidates worldwide. After an initial onboarding period, there is flexibility in scheduling. You must be available during core US business hours.
Compensation & Culture
