DaVita is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner II to act as a trusted People Services advisor for assigned business segments. In this integral role, you'll be part of the leadership team, focusing on strategic human resources matters that directly impact business results within DaVita's 'community first, company second' culture.
What You'll Do
- Ensure People Services activities are aligned with DaVita’s culture, values, and mission, executing on PS strategy to support the needs of the business.
- Partner with other corporate PS functions like Teammate Relations, Compensation, Benefits, and Recruiting, acting as an internal consultant and strategist to deliver positive business results.
- Ensure adherence to PS policies and compliance with Teammate Relations findings and action plans.

- Compensation: $62,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year.
