ClearView Healthcare Partners is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for both corporate and billable consulting roles. As an individual contributor, you will own recruiting from initial intake through offer negotiation, ensuring a consistently high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned corporate and consulting requisitions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop position descriptions, and align on selection criteria.
- Manage interview processes, including slate development, interviewer calibration, scheduling support, and debrief facilitation.
- Lead offer development and negotiation in partnership with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and HR.
- Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and relevant platforms to build strong, diverse talent pools.
- Develop and maintain warm pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles across corporate functions and consulting pillars.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to inform hiring strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent availability, assessment best practices, and interview structure.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, clear expectations, and thoughtful feedback.
- Partner closely with People Operations/HR and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transitions from offer acceptance to start date.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and templates.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with evolving needs.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common sourcing platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring in consulting or professional services environments.
- Exposure to both billable and corporate roles.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $125,000 - $150,000
