BJAK is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive hiring across critical roles in Taiwan and the region, with a focus on engineering, product, and operations. This is a hybrid role based in Taiwan, supporting both local and regional hiring needs while working closely with HQ in Malaysia.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle hiring for Taiwan-based roles, with a focus on high-impact functions such as tech, product, and operations.
- Act as a talent quality gatekeeper—screening CVs, assessing potential beyond the resume, and ensuring alignment with BJAK’s values.
- Source proactively across Taiwan-specific platforms (e.g., CakeResume, 104人力銀行, LinkedIn), tech communities, and professional networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals, co-design selection processes, and deliver on hiring targets.
- Conduct structured, values-driven interviews to uncover real potential and team fit.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience through transparent communication and timely updates.
- Maintain and optimize recruitment pipelines using ATS tools and data.
- Stay informed on Taiwan’s talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive movements to advise hiring strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech, startup, or regional hiring environments.
- Proven success hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Strong sourcing skills using local platforms (e.g., CakeResume, 104, LinkedIn) and industry networks.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working hybrid in Taiwan and remotely with cross-border teams.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring in software engineering, AI, or product management.
- Familiarity with Taiwan’s tech and startup ecosystem.
- Exposure to recruitment marketing or employer branding.
- Experience supporting regional hiring across Southeast Asia.
- Background in working with remote-first or high-growth teams.
