Reedsy is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to help our Talent team identify and hire high-impact employees. We take our time to carefully select every new team member, ensuring a strong fit for our company culture.
What You'll Do
- Review applications for open roles and fast-track top candidates.
- Seek out passive talent who would be a great match for our teams.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Identify alternative strategies to attract new talent.
- Work with the Talent team to create and develop a great candidate experience.
What We're Looking For
- A strong interest in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources practices.
- An analytical mind and a keen eye for detail to find the perfect match for the team.
- An autonomous way of working and motivation to familiarise yourself with new topics.
- Strong writing skills and native-level English proficiency.
- Availability to work full-time for 6 months.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in screening candidates.
- An understanding of marketing and technical profiles.
- Experience with tech platforms available for recruiting.
- A good dose of ambition, a willingness to learn, and a great sense of humor.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: £14k – £26k.
- Work from home.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. You must be based in Europe.
