BJAK is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to own the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening high-performing talent across functions to support our growth in Southeast Asia. You’ll be responsible for building the team that will shape the future of financial access in the region.
What You'll Do
- Review CVs, profiles, and portfolios to identify high-potential candidates aligned with team culture and values.
- Source candidates actively and creatively using job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, and events.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, screening criteria, and interview plans.
- Conduct insightful phone screens and first-stage interviews.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely updates and honest communication.
- Track and optimize hiring pipelines using modern tools and structured processes.
- Stay on top of hiring trends, market movements, and competitor benchmarks.
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or tech/startup environment.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and assess candidates across various functions and seniority levels.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and ATS systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in a flat, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
- A problem-solving mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a sense of ownership.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for tech, AI, or digital product roles.
- Exposure to international recruitment and/or regional hiring across ASEAN.
- Familiarity with behavioral and situational interviewing techniques.
- Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
- Understanding of startup/scale-up hiring challenges.
