As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for both campus and experienced hires. You’ll manage interview logistics across multiple time zones, coordinating schedules, virtual setups, and in-person arrangements to keep the hiring process moving efficiently. You’ll serve as a primary contact for candidates, providing clear and timely communication about interview details, travel, and next steps.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling for individual, panel, and case interviews, ensuring interviewers receive necessary materials and instructions in advance.
- Support campus recruiting efforts by managing event logistics for info sessions, career fairs, and interview days across approximately 20 U.S. and 5 U.K. schools.
- Prepare and distribute communications including event reminders, application follow-ups, and outreach campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system and assist with background checks and offer documentation.
- Generate reports on pipeline status, event attendance, and hiring timelines, and support data audits and cleanup.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to track feedback, align hiring teams, and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Assist with program logistics for initiatives such as internship programs and diversity outreach events.
- Help maintain process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement projects within talent acquisition.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or an administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in calendar management, virtual meeting platforms, and tracking systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional and service-focused approach.
- Ability to manage confidential information discreetly and work effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is preferred.
