ClearView Healthcare Partners is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for both campus and experienced hires. You’ll manage interview logistics across multiple time zones, coordinating schedules, virtual setups, and in-person arrangements to keep the hiring process moving efficiently. You’ll serve as a primary contact for candidates, providing clear and timely communication about interview details, travel, and next steps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling for individual, panel, and case interviews, ensuring interviewers receive necessary materials and instructions in advance.
  • Support campus recruiting efforts by managing event logistics for info sessions, career fairs, and interview days across approximately 20 U.S. and 5 U.K. schools.
  • Prepare and distribute communications including event reminders, application follow-ups, and outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system and assist with background checks and offer documentation.
  • Generate reports on pipeline status, event attendance, and hiring timelines, and support data audits and cleanup.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to track feedback, align hiring teams, and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
  • Assist with program logistics for initiatives such as internship programs and diversity outreach events.
  • Help maintain process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement projects within talent acquisition.

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in calendar management, virtual meeting platforms, and tracking systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional and service-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage confidential information discreetly and work effectively across teams.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is preferred.

This hybrid role requires approximately 50% in-office presence, supporting a collaborative environment where curiosity, continuous learning, and teamwork are valued. You’ll contribute to a talent function that prioritizes a positive candidate experience and operational excellence.
