What You'll Do
- Partner with recruiters, hiring teams, and clients to provide a high-touch, quality candidate experience
- Be responsible for seamlessly coordinating a high volume of complex interviews across multiple searches
- Maintain our ATS and internal tools with accurate and up-to-date information
- Work to continuously improve and build on our recruiting processes
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative, coordination, customer service, or HR support role
