20four7VA is looking for a Virtual Assistant to join a mobile reflexology business. In this role, you will provide essential digital marketing and administrative support to drive growth and streamline daily operations.
What You'll Do
- Kick-start and manage a GoFundMe campaign, including page setup, content updates, and promotion through email and social media.
- Migrate existing content from Wix to GoDaddy, rebuild or integrate site content, and create or revise website copy.
- Run and manage social media ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, monitor performance, and create and schedule regular posts.
- Set up and manage a Google Sheet for business tracking and initiate GoRendezvous CRM for appointment automation, booking, billing, and insurance claims.
- Assist in growing the mobile practice by supporting client outreach campaigns, monitoring inquiries, following up with leads, and gathering client feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Familiarity with GoFundMe, GoDaddy, Wix, Google Suite, and GoRendezvous.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and social media marketing principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- A background or interest in the health, wellness, therapy, or mobile service industries.
