RapidFort is looking for a Systems Migration & Support Specialist to join our team. In this entry-level role, you’ll be responsible for resolving support tickets, assisting with property management system migrations during onboarding, and supporting system distribution and training.
What You'll Do
- Respond to support tickets and resolve system issues in a timely manner
- Assist with property management system migration during property onboarding
- Distribute and support the ongoing use of property management systems
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and optimize system functionality
- Maintain system documentation and training materials
- Deliver Systems training
- Identify and escalate system issues to the appropriate team members
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Process optimization focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with property management systems such as RealPage, Entrata, and/or Yardi

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $55,000-$65,000.00
