AECOM is looking for a Systems Management Administrator V to provide technical back-office and end-user support for an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software system. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall functionality and reliability of this critical system of record for asset, inspection, maintenance, and repair information.
What You'll Do
- Manage and configure EAM application modules, user access, security groups, and permissions to align with business policies.
- Oversee the accuracy, integrity, and standardization of master data, including asset hierarchy, location data, and bill of materials (BOMs).
- Design, test, and implement automated workflows, service requests, and maintenance work order processes.
- Manage integrations between the EAM system and other platforms, including the client’s Oracle FIS.
- Design, generate, and analyze reports and dashboards regarding key performance indicators (KPIs) like asset uptime, repair costs, and downtime.
- Perform regular QA/QC checks to ensure complete and up-to-date asset records and maintenance histories.
- Support on-going user training and provide troubleshooting and technical assistance for system issues.
- Coordinate and perform system upgrades, patches, and fixes, working with the vendor to test functionality.
- Ensure EAM usage complies with internal policies and external regulatory standards.

Work Mode
