Lockheed Martin Canada is looking for a Systems Engineer Sr to serve as the technical lead for the Capability Integration Strategy Team within the Architecture Design Integration and Test Organization (ADI&T). You will be responsible for delivering integrated, high-impact engineering solutions by shaping the technical roadmap, integrating functional plans, governing releases, and driving data-centric metrics.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage the technical roadmap and integrated JIRA backlog, ensuring traceability from portfolio strategy to segment execution.
- Create functional integration plans and test-thread frameworks that validate capabilities across domains and operational scenarios.
- Establish and govern capability release management processes, authoring System Release Memoranda and meeting stringent technical and quality thresholds.
- Oversee end-to-end anomaly resolution, assessing severity, impact, and timelines to keep delivery cadences uninterrupted.
- Design and implement integrated data metrics to monitor engineering execution and product performance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or master’s in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience in Systems Engineering, Technical Program Management, or a related discipline in an Agile/DevSecOps development environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and applying Agile principles within a systems engineering framework.
- Ability to decompose complex customer requirements into actionable features and stories for development teams.
- Proficiency in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools (e.g., SysML).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex system issues and integration challenges.
- Knowledge of the full system life cycle and adapting traditional processes to an iterative, continuous improvement model.
- Experience defining and documenting system requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Technical proficiency in domains such as software development, network configuration, and hardware/software integration.
- Expertise in technical writing, high-impact presentations, project coordination, planning, data analysis, leadership, and interpersonal collaboration.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $89,300 - $157,550 (for California, Massachusetts, New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC). Salary for other states reflects the final work location.
