Join HENSOLDT as a Systems Engineer dedicated to Requirements Engineering for our SPEXER® 2000 radar product family. You will be part of the 'Spexer Radar Engineering' department in Ulm, working closely with experts across the company to support project management, proposal creation, and customer engagements.
What You'll Do
- Perform Requirements Engineering and Management using the DOORS tool.
- Harmonize requirements across system, subsystem, and component levels.
- Ensure full traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Guarantee the verification and demonstrability of requirements in coordination with the verification team.
- Create essential system documents, including requirement and interface specifications.
- Analyze and evaluate incoming customer requirements.
- Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams for system and product development, interfacing with specialist development, production, logistics, and suppliers.
- Contribute to continuous product improvement by applying the latest technologies and creative, pragmatic approaches.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in systems engineering.
- Several years of experience in the system development of complex technical systems.
- Proven experience in Requirements Engineering and Management.
- Good working knowledge of the DOORS platform.
- Strong teamwork abilities and high social competence.
- Negotiation-fluent skills in both German and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in system verification or acceptance processes.
- Background in the development of radar systems.
