EX Squared is hiring a Systems Engineer to strengthen our global technical operations. This fully remote role focuses on building and maintaining the robust, scalable systems that support our distributed teams.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and manage core infrastructure systems for reliability and performance
- Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring processes to improve operational efficiency
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues across the entire stack
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define infrastructure requirements and best practices
- Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture and operational procedures
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing production systems in a cloud environment
- Strong expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools and configuration management
- Deep understanding of networking, security, and system performance principles
- Ability to script and automate tasks using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system reliability
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with a globally distributed team
