Responsibilities
- Set up and manage automated cloud infrastructure using Terraform, with an emphasis on improving CDN efficiency and content delivery speed
- Design capacity planning approaches and performance tuning initiatives to support large-scale spatial content streaming
- Implement telemetry in services to monitor and assess system health and behavior
- Build and refine monitoring dashboards and alerting mechanisms that deliver meaningful insights into streaming quality and user satisfaction
- Work with engineering teams to develop observability frameworks for spatial streaming platforms, including defining SLIs, SLOs, and tracking error budgets
- Support the creation of incident escalation procedures and take part in on-call duties to maintain continuous service availability
- Lead responses to system outages and conduct detailed post-incident analyses to improve long-term system resilience
- Help build reliability-focused practices within the Web Services team, such as code review standards and safe deployment protocols
- Guide DevOps engineers in operational best practices, reliability patterns, and readiness criteria for production environments
