Capgemini is hiring a Systems Engineer (Pilot) to define and structure system architectures, ensuring overall coherence and compliance with business and technical needs. You will join a global leader to work on strategic projects that shape high-impact sectors.
What You'll Do
- Analyze needs for new functions and describe the functions required by the system.
- Specify the interactions and dependencies between system functions.
- Ensure traceability between business needs and technical solutions.
- Define hardware and software infrastructure.
- Gather and formalize functional, security, performance, and reliability requirements.
- Integrate regulatory and normative constraints.
- Define and analyze use cases associated with the system.
- Ensure usage scenarios cover all functional and operational needs.
- Develop the System Concept Design Review (SCDR).
What We're Looking For
- An engineering degree, preferably in embedded systems, energetics, power electronics, electrical engineering, or a generalist field.
- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
- A demonstrated interest in automotive and new technologies.
- Practical knowledge of embedded systems, modeling, and data buses.
- Strong autonomy, organization, curiosity, and analytical skills.
Nice to Have
- Ability to use AI to optimize engineering tasks.
