What You'll Be Doing • Optimize Google Workspace environment to facilitate seamless team collaboration and productivity. • Manage and refine Atlassian suite to enable smooth project management and effective teamwork. • Administer, configure, and integrate HRIS (HiBob) to guarantee precise data management, streamlined workflows, and seamless platform integrations. • Develop comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and integrations to support future scalability and organizational policy compliance. • Design, develop, and evaluate software systems and applications, including cloud-based and internet-related tools, to enhance existing products and generate innovative solutions. • Create solutions considering APIs, security, scalability, manageability, usability, and critical implementation factors. • Identify opportunities to reduce technological expenditure and complexity, optimizing application utilization. • Serve as escalation point and mentor for IT Engineers, resolving technical challenges within support portfolio. • Drive continuous improvements, engage in strategic projects, and enhance service efficiency and user experience. • Provide expert guidance in strategic initiative design, emphasizing technological approaches and integration methodologies. • Ensure application and business automation platforms maintain reliability, resilience, security, and compliance. • Collaborate with vendors to develop, implement, and troubleshoot application systems, software, and development processes.
