DEX Imaging is looking for a Systems Engineer I to join our team. This is a hands-on, field-based technical role where you will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, configuring, and supporting copiers and printers (document imaging systems). You will install and service equipment, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and work directly with customers to ensure devices integrate smoothly into their workflows.
What You'll Do
- Install and configure document imaging equipment (copiers and printers).
- Connect devices to customer networks.
- Set up print drivers and scan-to-email/scan-to-folder functionality.
- Troubleshoot printing and scanning issues.
- Provide friendly, professional customer support.
- Document your work in our system.
