What You'll Do

  • Design and develop advanced systems to support a growing client base.
  • Evaluate, modernize, and develop new systems and capabilities.
  • Translate real-world operational needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Turn requirements into tangible accomplishments that drive mission success.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of engineering experience on DoD, national security, or Aerospace programs.
  • 3+ years applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) within an engineering process.
  • 1+ years leading engineering teams or projects.
  • Knowledge of core systems and digital engineering concepts, including engineering models, authoritative lifecycle data, product lifecycle management, digital tool chains, digital threads, and digital twins.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Science, or Technology field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with digital engineering tools such as Requirements Management Tools, Architecture, Digital Thread, Product Lifecycle Management, and mission profile tools.
  • Experience conceptualizing military problems, decomposing high-level mission systems modeling, and developing detailed designs within a systems model.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Master’s degree in an Engineering, Science, or Technology field.
  • INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification.
  • SysML OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional (OCSMP) Certification.
