What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of engineering experience on DoD, national security, or Aerospace programs.
- 3+ years applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) within an engineering process.
- 1+ years leading engineering teams or projects.
- Knowledge of core systems and digital engineering concepts, including engineering models, authoritative lifecycle data, product lifecycle management, digital tool chains, digital threads, and digital twins.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Science, or Technology field.
Nice to Have
- Experience with digital engineering tools such as Requirements Management Tools, Architecture, Digital Thread, Product Lifecycle Management, and mission profile tools.
- Experience conceptualizing military problems, decomposing high-level mission systems modeling, and developing detailed designs within a systems model.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Master’s degree in an Engineering, Science, or Technology field.
- INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification.
- SysML OMG Certified Systems Modelling Professional (OCSMP) Certification.

- Salary range: $62,000 to $141,000 annualized USD.
