The Boeing Company is hiring a Systems and Data Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Architecture Team. In this role, you will analyze, design, and optimize business requirements, information systems, and data processes to support objectives across Boeing Commercial Airplane programs. Your work will involve gathering and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Analyze existing systems and data workflows to identify integration areas across the BCA production value stream.
- Gather, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources to support BCA program and functional needs.
- Monitor process performance and compliance using metrics and Key Performance Indicators.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system and data solution recommendations.
- Generate insights to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Support data migration, data cleansing, and data validation activities.
- Analyze Long Range Business Plans to integrate to BCA program needs, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities.
- Work closely with technology teams to ensure process alignment with technology implementations.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in systems analysis and data management.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in systems design, systems analysis, and/or systems integration.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL/Teradata SQL, R, Python, or Toad.
- 3+ years of experience utilizing data visualization tools including Excel and/or Tableau.
- 3+ years of experience with software/application development processes, including productionizing and deployment.
- 3+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all business levels.
Nice to Have
- 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Experience with AWS Cloud services and technologies.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms.
- Experience with data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
