Concept Solutions LLC is hiring a Systems Administrator to join our team supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Information Technology (AIT) Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Services. In this role, you will install, configure, and maintain our storage, virtualization, and server infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud environments.
What You'll Do
- Provide Systems Administration support for virtualization platforms such as VMware.
- Run reports and health checks using scripting technologies like PowerShell and Python.
- Provide technical support responding to on-call alerts, helpdesk tickets, and customer engagements.
- Perform administrative duties involving backup platforms.
- Support network hardware/software, vulnerability, service pack, and security bulletin management.
- Support Security Compliance/POAM activities.
- Provision servers and services with the Terraform/Ansible toolchain.
- Support monitoring resources across cloud domains in Azure and AWS.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, or a related IT field (engineering, math, and science degrees are acceptable alternatives).
- Five (5) years of relevant systems administration experience.
