Baptist Health is seeking a dedicated System Dialysis RN to provide specialized nursing care within our Resource Center. This role is central to delivering high-quality treatment to our dialysis patients.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to therapy
- Operate and maintain dialysis equipment according to safety protocols
- Assess patient condition and coordinate with the broader care team
- Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures and health management
What We're Looking For
- Current, unrestricted Kentucky RN license (or compact state equivalent)
- Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Dialysis Nursing (CDN), or willingness to obtain
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Commitment to following strict safety and infection control guidelines
Work Mode
This position is fully onsite at the Baptist Health Resource Center.
