Responsibilities
- Drive and contribute to systems studies in 5G in Radio Resource Management (eg Scheduling, Link Adaptation, Beam Forming, Carrier Aggregation, Fast Cell Coordination) and the Radio Physical Layer
- Work collaboratively on new features, simulations and improvements with cross-functional development teams.
- Contribute to advances in 5G Standards.
- Contribute to Innovation and IPR.
- File Invention disclosures and Patents.
- Support the deployment of new 5G products and features into customer networks.
- Understand customer configurations and issues.
