Syngenta Agro GmbH is looking for a Technical & Sales Specialist to drive the growth of our Bioestimulants/Biologicos portfolio in the Veracruz territory. You will be instrumental in delivering integrated crop solutions, building strong customer relationships, and executing our commercial strategy.
What You'll Do
- Be responsible for achieving sales targets in the territory according to agreed strategies and priorities.
- Advise key farmers by providing integrated crop solutions, working directly with them or in conjunction with distributors and independent technicians.
- Manage orders by processing and tracking customer commercial orders, ensuring efficient execution.
- Support distributor personnel training, committed to developing the competencies for autonomous delivery.
- Support the organization and execution of local commercial initiatives by managing demonstration trials, field days, and local promotional activities.
- Analyze the market by collecting and analyzing crucial information on distributors, retailers, farmers, prices, and agronomic trends using our knowledge management (KM) and CRM systems.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with agreed pricing policies in your territory.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Agronomic Engineering, Agricultural Science, or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical-commercial areas.
- Experience in developing bioestimulants/Biologicos in crops of the region.
- Commercial experience and technical knowledge in local crops (pineapple, banana, lemon, sugar cane, and some vegetables).
- Experience in managing and developing key accounts.
- Availability to travel.
- Valid driver's license.
- Residence in the work area.
- Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and adherence to processes.
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
- Proactivity and results focus.
