Wisp is seeking experienced, licensed physicians to join the SYNC CLINICAL Team as a Sync Physician. This is a non-leadership, fully remote, synchronous telehealth role focused on providing safe, evidence-based care for sexual and reproductive health conditions.
What You'll Do
- Provide synchronous clinical care for Wisp patients using evidence-based protocols and platform tools.
- Review patient intakes and prescribe treatment when clinically appropriate.
- Ensure safe prescribing in line with company protocols and state regulations.
- Document care in Wisp’s electronic platform in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.
- Flag escalations and clinical edge cases to the Medical Director team as needed.
- Participate in periodic training, clinical updates, and quality reviews.
- Help maintain Wisp’s high bar for patient satisfaction and provider trust.
What We're Looking For
- Board-certified MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Med-Peds, OB-GYN or related specialty.
- Hold 30+ active, unrestricted state medical licenses.
- 1+ years of telemedicine experience.
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing common conditions within sexual and reproductive health via sync care.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using EMRs, Slack, and web-based tools in a remote setting.
- Available at least 20 hours per week.
- Must be authorized to work in the country this requisition states.
Nice to Have
- Licenses in AR, DC, DE, KS, MS, NM, RI, VT, WV strongly preferred.
