About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the CRM platform used in running sweepstakes campaigns, coordinating customer data workflows, and improving communication strategies to enhance participant retention and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the sweepstakes CRM platform
  • Ensure accurate segmentation and targeting of participant data
  • Develop automated communication sequences for campaign cycles
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Coordinate with legal team to maintain compliance with contest rules
  • Optimize email and notification delivery rates
  • Track user engagement metrics and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Support integration of CRM tools with third-party platforms
  • Maintain data hygiene and manage suppression lists
  • Implement A/B testing for messaging content and timing
  • Assist in planning promotional calendars and campaign timelines
  • Collaborate with creative teams on content development
  • Respond to participant inquiries escalated through support channels
  • Enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Update documentation for CRM processes and workflows
  • Train team members on CRM functionalities and best practices
  • Evaluate new CRM features and recommend enhancements
  • Ensure secure handling of personal information
  • Conduct regular audits of user data and system logs
  • Support accessibility standards in digital communications
  • Coordinate timezone-specific campaign rollouts
  • Manage opt-in and opt-out preferences accurately
  • Monitor for fraudulent activity or system abuse
