Responsibilities
- Utilize your stock administration experience to administer Asana’s stock programs for all Asanas in the U.S. and globally.
- Maintain Asana’s stock data using E*TRADE’s Equity Edge Online (EEO) platform and manage custom reports to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide a superior level of customer service by supporting employee understanding of stock awards, programs, and policies.
- Manage complex integration projects and coordinate with internal partners in Legal, Finance, Payroll, and People teams.
- Drive efforts to scale the function by enhancing manual processes, automating workflows, and evaluating service providers.
- Collaborate with internal and external SOX auditors and assist with the administration of 10b5-1 trading plans.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on public company stock administration experience, preferably with a CEP designation.
- Demonstrated experience with multiple stock award types, large transactional volume, and E*TRADE Equity Edge Online.
- Strong analytical abilities and project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who maintains strict confidentiality and communicates effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented and resourceful, with a process-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic.
