Responsibilities
- Monitor demand and supply performance across business segments, geographic regions, and major customer accounts
- Balance priorities among strategic customers, contractual obligations, and revenue goals
- Coordinate and engage in long-term supply planning and modeling for multiple quarters
- Maintain clear and consistent allocation decision processes
- Manage multi-quarter supply distribution and related communications in line with corporate strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Planning, Supply Chain, Customer Operations, and Finance to align forecasts and allocation decisions
- Lead resolution of customer and sales supply issues, establishing structured escalation and problem-solving workflows
- Drive quarterly execution of business plans in alignment with financial targets
- Track long-term agreement commitments including volume, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Identify potential risks and take proactive steps to close gaps
- Create business models that reflect supply limitations
- Provide data-backed insights to support leadership decisions on trade-offs
- Evaluate the impact of short-term revenue actions versus long-term strategic positioning
