Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Swedish Speaking Travel Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to clients planning their journeys. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Swedish-speaking travelers, assisting them from inquiry through the completion of their trips.
What You'll Do
- Assist Swedish-speaking clients with travel-related inquiries and bookings through phone, email, and chat.
- Help clients with modifications to travel plans, such as flight changes, hotel bookings, and itinerary adjustments.
- Work closely with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel policies, destinations, and service offerings.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions in the CRM for effective service enhancement.
- Exhibit a high standard of professionalism and excellent customer care in all dealings.
- Stay current with trends in the travel industry to better assist clients and provide informed advice.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
