Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Swedish-speaking End User Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to our clients. In this remote role based in Greece, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving technical queries and ensuring a positive user experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support to end users in Swedish via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network functionality.
- Guide users on effectively utilizing different applications and systems.
- Document all support interactions and outcomes in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex problems and recommend process enhancements.
- Conduct follow-ups with users to guarantee issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Stay informed on new technologies and updates to improve service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a positive user experience.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for technology and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Nice to Have
- Experience in end user support or a similar customer service role.
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and remote support tools.
