Requirements - Native or near-native proficiency in Swedish and English, both in written and verbal communication. - Proven background in customer service, particularly within social media or digital communication roles. - Comprehensive understanding of diverse social media platforms and their specific customer support characteristics. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with emphasis on customer relationship management. - Meticulous and highly organized professional. - Capacity to perform effectively in dynamic environments with rapidly changing priorities. - Flexibility to work variable schedules, including evening and weekend shifts as required.
