Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our Swedish-speaking clients. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience while working from our office in Spain.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Swedish through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, providing accurate guidance.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a positive client experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and contribute to service quality improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and address common challenges.
- Stay informed about company offerings and relevant industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Participate in training and development sessions to continuously enhance customer service skills.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Nice to Have
