Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Swedish Speaking Customer Loyalty Advisor to deliver exceptional, relationship-focused support to our Swedish-speaking client base. In this fully remote position based in Greece, you will be the key point of contact for customer inquiries and loyalty engagement, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide top-notch support to Swedish-speaking customers, emphasizing building lasting relationships.
- Address customer inquiries regarding accounts, product offerings, and loyalty programs.
- Actively engage with customers to offer updates, resolve concerns, and collect feedback.
- Promote loyalty initiatives and educate customers on the associated benefits.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and swift issue resolution.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest actionable improvements.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach towards customer engagement.
- Capable of working effectively in a team and adapting to diverse customer needs.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
