WellSky is looking for an SVP, Solution Management for its Post-Acute software portfolio. You will lead the strategic direction, development, and overall performance of our solutions, driving innovation to meet market demands and business growth.
What You'll Do
- Architect the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the solution portfolio based on market trends, client insights, and business goals.
- Influence cross-functional teams to drive the solution development lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Create and own solution performance metrics, influence market analysis, and ensure delivery of financial results and client satisfaction.
- Lead collaboration and joint planning with engineering leadership and design team structures to support development goals.
- Establish the annual update for a 3-year vision and strategy document and ensure business opportunities are surfaced for annual budget planning.
- Lead the adoption of a 'one platform' approach by leveraging inner sourcing and enterprise capabilities.
